Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Store Pickup - Orders can be collected from our store approximately 2 hours after placing the order, subject to confirmation that your order is ready.


Home Delivery

Orders over ₪400 - free shipping.

Orders under ₪400 - ₪35 shipping fee.


Delivery Times:

  • Sunglasses (off-the-shelf) - up to 7 business days.
  • Contact lenses - up to 14 business days.
  • Toric contact lenses (with cylinder) - up to 21 business days.
  • Prescription glasses - up to 14 business days.

 

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns are accepted only if the product has not been used, and within 72 hours of delivery.

Contact lenses - returns accepted within 14 business days, provided the packaging is sealed and undamaged.

Sunglasses - cancellation is permitted only if no adjustments of any kind have been made.

Prescription glasses - cannot be exchanged or returned.

Premium items: Sunglasses with a full retail price above ₪1,799 (before any discount, as listed on prizma-optic.co.il) cannot be cancelled.


How to Exchange:

1) Visit our store - 32 Herzl Street, Ashkelon (search "Prizma Optic" on Waze).

2) By mail - send to: Prizma Optic, 32 Herzl Street, Ashkelon 7860131. Once we receive your package, we'll be in touch to continue processing.


Returns - Cancellations must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product. You will receive a full refund minus a 5% cancellation fee (capped at ₪100, as required by law). The refund will be processed in the month following receipt of the returned item.


Refund Calculation: A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₪100 - whichever is lower - will be deducted, along with any applicable processing fees.

 

General Terms

  1. Non-custom products may be exchanged with a receipt within 72 hours of delivery.
  2. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  3. Cancellation fee: 5% of the purchase value or ₪100 - whichever is lower.
  4. Contact lenses - no returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened or damaged.
  5. No warranty coverage for frame breakage (prescription or sunglasses).
  6. Subject to applicable law, we accept no liability for damage caused during repair of older glasses beyond the warranty period provided by Prizma Optic.
  7. Lens warranty - Prizma Optic does not warrant against lens scratches. The warranty covers anti-reflective coating for one to three years, depending on lens type.
  8. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued using the original payment method.
  9. Prices on the website, in-store, and at our mobile unit may vary based on current promotions and stock availability.
  10. Frame-only purchases (without lenses) - Prizma Optic does not warrant your existing lenses, and the frame warranty is voided if lenses are later fitted by another provider.
  11. Lens-only purchases (fitted into your own frame) - Prizma Optic is not responsible for any damage to your frame during the fitting process.
  12. Special promotions cannot be combined and are valid while supplies last, unless stated otherwise.

 

Multifocal Adaptation

First-time multifocal wearers are entitled to a 3-month adaptation period starting from the day you receive your glasses. If you are unable to adapt during this time, you may either receive credit toward single-vision lenses (distance or reading) fitted into the same frame, or request a refund for the multifocal lenses in accordance with Prizma Optic policy (after deducting cancellation fees).

 

Please note: frames cannot be returned or exchanged once prescription lenses have been fitted.
